Here is a re-draw of the very first Bartoon I ever submitted to my old site, many years ago. I’m not really sure how many people out there still use the “my dogs are killing me” line, so it’s probably not as funny now as it was then. But for sentimentality’s sake, it only seemed right that the first re-draw should be based on the first original submission.

For comparison, here is the original drawing from 1996. Things have definitely come a long way since then! If the image looks small to you, consider that the average person’s monitor had a much lower resolution back then…
